"Lee Ann ALWAYS does a wonderful job, went on Tuesday when she was not there and was done by someone who did a horrible job, that I have never seen before and 2 of the regular professionals were there too and watched her make a mess of my nails and said nothing, I was furious but had to go out of town the next day, and had no opportunity to make them better had to work on them myself that night-She was actually the relative of one of the other two workers, but obviously had no clue what she was doing. I even had to say something a couple of times to her about what she was doing. Don’t let your relatives fill in. I will never go on a night Leanne is not there again unless I make sure one of the people doing me is a regular Nail professional"
